Mark graduated from Capital University College of Law before teaming with David Douglas to form Fisher & Douglas, LLP. After bringing over twenty-five years of experience guiding clients through Family Law, Juvenile Law, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law, Mark will be retiring from the practice of law in 2015. Mark enjoys live music and raising his son, Raad and plans to do some creative writing in retirement.

David graduated from Capital University College of Law before teaming with Mark Fisher to form Fisher & Douglas, LLP. He is licensed in Ohio, and has over twenty-five years of experience guiding clients through Business and Corporate Law, as well as Real Estate Law, with an emphasis on hotels and shopping centers. David was raised in Pittsburgh, the home of various ethnic groups. He enjoys coaching high school wrestlers and supporting the National Champion Ohio State Wrestling Team. If you stop by the office after-hours, you will hear him playing the piano. Dave also grows giant pumpkins, and placed third two years ago at the Circleville Pumpkin Show with a 1200-pound pumpkin.

Rebecca joined Fisher & Douglas after graduating from Capital University Law School. She has been admitted to practice in Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Rebecca has over 15 years experience representing businesses and commercial property owners as well as guiding families through the probate process.
Rebecca was born in Columbus and returned to the Columbus area while in the fifth grade. She moved to Grove City, Ohio in 2009. Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys quilting, needlework, reading, hiking and backpacking. Recently, she was elected president of Grove City’s Fat Quarters Quilt Guild. Two of her favorite backpacking destinations are the Grand Canyon and Yosemite National Park. She is also an avid Cincinnati Reds fan.

Beth is a Columbus, Ohio native and has been working in the legal field since 2002, with previous work at the Ohio State University Medical Center. Outside of work Beth enjoys cooking, and spending time with her husband, two teenaged sons and friends. Beth also volunteers her time as a referee coordinator for the recreational soccer league at the Grove City Kids Association.
